How long does it take to process my order?

All individual crystals and pre-made candle orders are processed and dispatched within 1 day.

All bespoke orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days as they are made to order.

 

What about the shipping time?

All orders, excluding bespoke orders, are shipped within the UK in 2-3 days after being dispatched using standard delivery.

All orders, excluding bespoke orders, are shipped within the UK in 1-2 days after being dispatched using premium delivery.

Bespoke orders are shipped within the UK in 2-3 days after being dispatched using standard delivery.

* Please note Zen Blends is not responsible for any shipping delays due to external issues with the shipping courier or external variables such as adverse weather conditions. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within your estimated delivery time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zenblendcandles@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.
